Controller and scope
Friendsware Solutions operates RemotifyOffice. This notice explains how we collect and process data from prospective customers, account owners, and workspace users, including monitoring-related product data processed through the platform.
Data we collect
Depending on your role and product usage, we may collect identity and contact data, organization and billing data, authentication data, screenshots, app usage sessions, activity logs, timestamps, IP addresses, device/browser information, support messages, and email-delivery logs.
Why we use it
We use data to create and secure workspaces, provide time tracking and monitoring features, enforce subscription limits, deliver invoices and support, investigate misuse, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
Monitoring data and customer responsibility
Customer organizations decide how monitoring features are configured for their workforce. Customers are responsible for giving required employee notices, collecting any necessary consent, and using the product lawfully. See the Workforce Monitoring Notice for product-specific disclosure guidance.
Sharing and service providers
We may share data with infrastructure, hosting, storage, email, analytics, and payment service providers when needed to run the service. We may also disclose information when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or lawful requests.
Retention and security
We retain data for as long as needed for service delivery, billing, security, support, audit, and legal purposes. Screenshot retention and related limits follow the subscribed plan or configured policy. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system is risk-free.
International transfers, rights, and contact
Because service providers may operate in multiple countries, some data may be processed outside Pakistan.
