Commercial terms for using RemotifyOffice subscriptions and workspace services.
Who these terms apply to
These Terms govern use of RemotifyOffice, operated by Friendsware Solutions in Pakistan. By creating a workspace, starting a subscription, or using the service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms for that organization.
Accounts and eligibility
Workspace owners must provide accurate contact, billing, and organization details. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials, managing authorized users, and ensuring your organization uses the platform lawfully.
Subscriptions, billing, and renewals
Workspace plans are sold as subscriptions. Plan limits, billing intervals, seat caps, screenshot storage, and retention windows are defined by the subscribed plan. Manual invoices may be used while card billing or Stripe-based recurring billing is being rolled out.
Cancellation, suspension, and plan changes
Cancellation and refund handling are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or restrict service for unpaid invoices, abuse, security risk, unlawful monitoring use, or breach of these Terms.
Acceptable use
You may not use RemotifyOffice to violate employment, privacy, surveillance, labor, or data-protection laws. Customers are responsible for giving required notices and obtaining any employee consent or authorization required in their jurisdiction before enabling monitoring features.
Intellectual property and service changes
RemotifyOffice, its code, branding, and service materials remain the property of Friendsware Solutions or its licensors. We may improve, modify, or replace platform functionality, provided material changes are reflected in updated public product or legal documentation.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Except where the law does not allow limitation, Friendsware Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for customer misuse of monitoring features.
Governing law and contact
